
Overview
Andrew Gregg is a shareholder with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing his practice on land use, zoning and development. His unique background as a developer, owner and investor in commercial real estate offers his clients a valued perspective and understanding of their business goals and interests.
From managing complex entitlement processes with architects and engineers to negotiating terms of purchase and regular value estimation discussions with county planning officials, Andrew has the experience and knowledge to offer astute counsel to clients in a variety of industries. He’s been responsible for numerous projects in the DMV including luxury residential, office, industrial, and hospitality.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a partner at The Penrose Group.
Beyond the Suit
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with friends and family, discovering local interpretations of “New York style” pizza, and watching murder mystery documentaries. He lives in Oakton with his wife, son, and daughter.

Experience
- Led development project for $142M 265 unit apartment complex in Arlington, VA – 425,000 total square feet including 5,000 square foot retail operations.
- Managed redevelopment of former gas station to vibrant mixed use building valued at $93M – 260,000 total square feet including 5,000 square feet for retail.
- Led project planning of former car dealership and dry cleaner with environmental contamination to successful complex subdivision (mixed use building and townhomes).
