Harrison Clinton is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing his practice on business law, including commercial litigation, appellate practice, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and government contracts.
Harrison helps his clients with a variety of legal issues, including contract negotiations, breaches of fiduciary duties, employment, corporate formation and governance, shareholder disputes, and the sale or acquisition of a business. He often serves as outside counsel to his business clients. Though his preference is to advise them in a manner that avoids litigation, he has substantial litigation experience in and outside the courtroom, including investigations, discovery and depositions, motions practice, leading cases through trial, and briefing and arguing appeals. Harrison’s litigation practice is primarily concentrated in state and federal courts in Virginia and the District of Columbia. His focus is assisting businesses and individuals to navigate legal disputes in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Beyond the Suit
Harrison enjoys spending his free time outdoors – often playing golf, tennis, or hiking. He is an avid reader, and enjoys exploring surrounding neighborhoods and restaurants in Washington, D.C.
