Harrison Clinton is an experienced commercial litigator with Bean, Kinney & Korman. His practice focuses on business law and commercial disputes, with extensive experience in motions practice, discovery, trial advocacy, and appellate work. Harrison has taken many cases through trial and litigated appeals before the Virginia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Harrison advises clients on a wide range of business issues, including shareholder disputes, employment concerns, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, and fraud. He has particular expertise in the field of government contracts, frequently litigating bid protests and prime-subcontractor disputes, while also advising government contractors on compliance guidelines. Additionally, Harrison is well versed in construction disputes, representing both homeowners and contractors.
Outside of his litigation practice, Harrison is experienced in mergers and acquisitions. Based upon his background as a litigator, Harrison brings a unique perspective to buying and selling companies with a particular eye toward mitigating and foreseeing risks. Harrison is known for his responsiveness and ability to promptly and efficiently close deals.
Harrison practices in Virginia and the District of Columbia, representing clients in both state and federal courts.
Beyond the Suit
Harrison enjoys spending his free time outdoors – often playing golf, tennis, or hiking. He is an avid reader, and enjoys exploring surrounding neighborhoods and restaurants in Washington, D.C.
