Michelle Bieber is a shareholder with Bean, Kinney & Korman, practicing family law and domestic relations. As a family law attorney and divorce lawyer, she helps individuals navigate the complexities of divorce and child custody proceedings with compassion and commitment. Her areas of expertise include custody orders and arrangements, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution.
Michelle’s clerkship experience and internships for several judges affords her the ability to provide a unique perspective to evaluate and deliver necessary requirements to meet her clients’ needs. Michelle works with clients to craft a solution-oriented approach to all matters, considering each family’s particular needs, whether this involves litigation, mediation, negotiation, or some combination thereof.
Michelle is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and is additionally certified in collaborative law.
Beyond the Suit
Michelle, her husband and daughter live in Arlington, VA. In her spare time, she participates in a recreational soccer league and enjoys skiing and biking.
