Overview

Robert Wolfson is a shareholder at Bean, Kinney & Korman focusing his practice on corporate and business law to include civil litigation, bankruptcy, and employment defense matters. His client base encompasses small and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries. He regularly serves as outside general counsel and assists with issues such as employment and drafting documents (handbooks, agreements, etc.)

Bob also helps his individual and family clients with estate planning and estate and trust litigation.

Prior to joining BKK, Bob was a managing attorney and senior counsel at firms in Northern Virginia and before that served as law clerk to the Honorable Gerald I. Fisher and to the Counsel to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Beyond the Suit

Outside of the office, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, testing his knowledge at games of trivia, and being perennially disappointed by the Philadelphia sports teams.

  • Represented several family members in a wide-ranging trust and will dispute relating to properties and assets in multiple countries.
  • Defended a startup and its founder in a fraud in the inducement suit by a disgruntled investor, which was ultimately dismissed with prejudice prior to trial.
