Expectations for attorneys at Bean, Kinney & Korman are not limited to intellect and academic achievement. The firm is not structured into practice departments. Each attorney has proficiency in multiple practice disciplines, many of which overlap. In combination, this results in our ability to assemble teams of attorneys whose complementary knowledge and skills produce extraordinary capabilities and results. We generally hire to fill specific practice needs, but any attorney who demonstrates the desire and initiative to migrate into other productive practice areas will not be discouraged from doing so.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Litigation Associate: Attorney with 2+ years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. BKK maintains a fast-paced, complex, and varied litigation practice, encompassing most of the courts in Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland, as well as federal courts around the nation. Virginia bar required. D.C. and Maryland bars a plus. At BKK, we provide our clients with exceptional litigation efforts and business advice. Our focus on high-quality work and client responsiveness have made BKK a recognized leader in both the business and legal community. Real Estate Attorney: Mid-level or higher (6+ years) attorney with experience in commercial real estate. Practice will include all aspects of real estate transactions related to acquisition, development, construction, finance, lease and disposition of commercial, residential and retail projects. An excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a robust and well-established practice in a collaborative and supporting environment. Having a book of business and commercial lending experience is a plus. VA Bar (or ability to waive in) required. MD and DC Bars are a plus.  Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
