Overview
Bean Kinney & Korman represents owners and managers of all types of commercial properties in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan region, whether office, industrial, retail or special use. We have extensive and experienced capabilities in lease negotiation and preparation, including ground leasing and subleasing, build-to-suit leasing and leasing to governmental agencies.
Commercial Lending, Real Estate & Transactions
Our commercial lending and real estate practices add support with financing, zoning and land use and title issues.
Our clientele includes property managers and brokers who we advise on management, listing and other contracts related to their services.
Construction Issues
Our attorneys are familiar with construction issues that arise in the course of property rehabilitation or repositioning, and tenant improvements. We also offer knowledgeable counsel on contract issues, performance disputes and mechanic’s lien litigation.
Litigation
When disputes arise and litigation is necessary, we have full capabilities in all regional jurisdictions, including bankruptcy courts, to enforce and defend the rights of our property owner clients.
