It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our colleague, Pamela Pelto. Pam was a dedicated and highly regarded land use and zoning lawyer known for legal excellence and client service.

Pam began working with BKK in February of 2022, focusing her practice on zoning, property rights, and development matters. Her expertise in the areas of easements, property ownership, restrictive covenants, and eminent domain was an invaluable asset to the firm and her many clients.

Pam also had a major impact on numerous projects and programs when she worked for the Fairfax County Attorney’s Office as an Assistant County Attorney, astutely advising the Board of Supervisors and other County agencies over many years. She was incredibly valued by her long-term friendships with colleagues and clients. Everyone enjoyed Pam’s presence and knowing that she was on their team. Our thoughts and condolences go out to her family, friends, clients, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
