Arlington, VA – Bean, Kinney & Korman recently represented SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) of Northern Virginia, Inc. with pro bono legal representation in its merger transaction with Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS). Through this merger, NVFS will expand its robust spectrum of family programs, including Healthy Families, Early Head Start, Head Start, and Youth Initiatives, with the addition of SCAN’s CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) services and Family Programs.
