ARLINGTON, VA, –Bean, Kinney & Korman is pleased to announce that three outstanding attorneys have recently joined the firm.
Chris Young joins as a shareholder with a practice focused on corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Chris assists companies and individuals with their legal needs related to operating their business and executing transactions, including advising clients on matters pertaining to federal and state tax law. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
Emad Maghsoudi joins as an associate attorney, focusing his practice on complex corporate matters including commercial transactions, anti-bribery and corruption and investment issues. Emad also regularly helps his clients with corporate governance matters (committee charters, policies and procedures, and governing documents). He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
Nick Gehrig joins as a shareholder, focusing his practice on business and civil litigation. Nick works with aspiring and current business owners with an aim toward protecting principals from personal liability. Additionally, he represents both landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiation. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.
