Evan St. John joins as a shareholder with a practice focused on corporate and business law to include corporate formation and governance, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, and non-litigation employment law matters. Evan represents government contractors, small and midsized professional service organizations, as well as tech startups. Additionally, Evan has the unique experience of helping SDVOB, women-owned, and minority-owned entities with M&A transactions. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.
Robert Wolfson, joins as a shareholder, focusing his practice on corporate and business law to include civil litigation, bankruptcy, and employment defense matters. His client base encompasses small and midsized businesses spanning a variety of industries. Bob also works with individual and family clients with estate planning and estate and trust litigation. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.
