John Williams joins as a shareholder with a practice focused on banking law, corporate law and real estate transactions to include drafting and negotiating loan documents, partnership agreements, investment agreements, and real estate development contracts. John regularly represents commercial and private lenders, borrowers, developers, contractors, architects, and engineers, guiding them through loan transactions, acquisitions, sales, governance and all phases of development projects. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Austin Haynes joins as a senior land use planner, focusing his business on Rezonings, Entitlements, and Permitting in Northern and Central Virginia. His client base encompasses commercial industry, home builders, land developers, and private individuals. Austin’s unique experience as a former developer offers his clients a valued perspective on their business endeavors as he advises them on the best ways to navigate their land use projects.
