ARLINGTON, VA, –Bean, Kinney & Korman is pleased to announce that Nathaniel Y. Scott has joined the firm as an associate attorney, specializing in corporate and transactional law. Mr. Scott represents clients in matters relating to business counseling and entity formation, purchase and sale of company stock or assets, business contracts, commercial real estate, commercial property, and leasing transactions.

He is also well-versed in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy reorganization, financial restructuring and planning, and other insolvency and finance related matters.
