Arlington, VA – Bean, Kinney & Korman announced today that Andrea Campbell Davison has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Andrea practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and financial restructuring.
Andrea regularly advises clients regarding the risks associated with bankruptcy and financial distress. She counsels clients in all aspects of federal bankruptcy litigation, including automatic stay issues, the prosecution or settlement of claims, and chapter 5 avoidance actions and other adversary proceedings. Andrea is also experienced in reviewing loan documents, asset purchase agreements, leases, licensing agreements and government and other contracts.

Previously, Andrea was an associate attorney at an Am Law 200 law firm in Washington, D.C. in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group.
Andrea earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and received her B.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.
