Charles (Chas) McAleer joins as a shareholder focusing his practice on business law, specializing in fiduciary, business torts and federal statutory litigation. Chas has counseled and defended clients facing a variety of matters including director and officer liability, corporate governance, entity control, government procurement, civil fraud, unfair competition, trade secret, intellectual property, and employment-related claims. He has also managed high volume document and electronic data cases, including counseling, and providing in-house training to clients on document retention and electronic discovery issues and is barred in Virginia, the District of Columbia plus certain regional courts.
Dean Luo is an associate attorney who specializes in real estate, commercial leasing and land use and zoning. He regularly assists real estate investors, real estate developers, property owners, real estate investment trusts, local governments, non-profit organizations, and tenants with complex land use matters. As part of his real estate practice, Dean works directly with his clients on transactions involving real property law issues and land use entitlements. He also regularly provides zoning and land use advice related to real estate development and is barred in the District of Columbia.
Harrison Clinton is an associate attorney, focusing his practice on construction, employment, and commercial and civil litigation matters. Harrison helps business entities of varying sizes with all facets of litigation including investigation, discovery and depositions and is licensed to practice in Virginia.
