Arlington, VA – Bean, Kinney & Korman announced today that Jennifer O. Schiffer has joined the firm as an attorney. Jennifer represents local businesses in their corporate structuring, civil litigation and commercial leasing. She also represents creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters ranging from simple Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases to complex Chapter 11 reorganizations.

In addition to her business representation and bankruptcy work, Jennifer has significant litigation experience in general civil litigation matters, business and real estate disputes, and cases commenced under the Bankruptcy Code. She also has significant experience preparing wills and trusts and administering estates.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt School of Law, with a certificate in Law and Business, and her B.A. from Vanderbilt University, cum laude.
