Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. announced today that Jennifer Schiffer, Lauren Rote, Andrea Davison, Jennifer McCammon and Zach Williams have been named shareholders of the firm; they were previously associates of the firm.

Jennifer Schiffer focuses her practice on general business and franchise matters, including business formation, leasing, contracts and agreements. Additionally, she also represents individuals in trust and estates matters.
Lauren Rote is a well-versed trust and estates attorney. She handles everything from simple to complex trust and estate matters and has helped many people prepare for the future. In addition, Lauren also handles land use and zoning matters for clients of the firm.
Andrea Davison is an experienced bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney who also represents clients in various areas of financial restructuring, commercial lending, and credit enforcement and litigation. Andrea is currently the Newsletter Editor for the Virginia State Bar Bankruptcy Law Section
Jennifer McCammon has been practicing almost exclusively in the area of family law since graduating from law school. She is dedicated to her clients and represents them in various family law matters, including custody, visitation, equitable distribution, support and valuation of businesses and other property.
Zach Williams’ main focus is land use and litigation. He assists clients with a multitude of land use and zoning matters and real estate development projects. In addition, he handles litigation involving real property, local government and construction-related matters and has argued successfully before the Supreme Court of Virginia.
