Kandis focuses her practice on intellectual property, providing her clients with protection strategies for brand, trademark, copyright, and trade assets. Her extensive experience as both in-house counsel and as part of AmLaw 100 and boutique firms offers her the unique ability to understand the IP complexities that both businesses and entrepreneurs face, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dispute resolution and brand management through all stages.

Dusko’s practice consists of assisting businesses in handling complex domestic and international tax issues and private equity transactions, particularly in the engineering, software development and biotech research industries. His experience in commercial and investment banking provides his clients with a wealth of knowledge to guide them through business tax, private equity, commercial lending, and restructuring matters.
