Bean, Kinney & Korman is pleased to announce that Maureen E. Carr has joined Bean, Kinney & Korman as a shareholder. She is well versed in employment law, and her experience includes representing clients in internal investigations by federal agencies, assisting with EEOC and FLSA disputes, and aiding clients with drafting effective employment policies and procedures. In addition to employment law, Ms. Carr is also a skilled civil and commercial litigator with extensive experience in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Bean, Kinney & Korman, Ms. Carr worked at Rees Broome, P.C., and she earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
