ARLINGTON, VA – Bean, Kinney & Korman is proud to announce that one of its attorneys, Timothy Hughes, has been elected vice chair of the board of directors of Vanguard Services Unlimited. Vanguard, founded in 1962, provides addiction recovery and prevention programs for adults, adolescents and families, with both inpatient and outpatient programs around the D.C. area.

Tim, of counsel to the firm, represents clients in construction litigation, commercial and civil litigation, and corporate, contract and general business transactional matters.

Tim is a LEED Accredited Professional with knowledge of the law as it relates to the design, construction and operation of green buildings. In addition to his involvement with Vanguard, Tim works with a number of other organizations in Virginia including serving as the vice chair of membership and is on the board of directors for the Arlington Chamber of Commerce.
