Bean, Kinney & Korman is pleased to announce that Vikram Agarwal has joined Bean, Kinney & Korman as a shareholder. He practices in the area of taxation and corporate work and assists both individual and corporate clients with matters ranging from tax controversies to cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Bean, Kinney & Korman, Vikram worked as a tax attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and a tax accountant at Ernst & Young. Vikram earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center and his Master of Accountancy from The George Washington University.
