Bean, Kinney & Korman, P.C. announced today that Shareholder Jonathan C. Kinney has been recognized by the Virginia General Assembly in House Joint Resolution No. 592., which commends him for his service to Arlington County.
The Resolution recognizes Mr. Kinney’s commitment to Arlington County, and how he has “strengthened the economic vitality of the community through is work in development,” in addition to his support for “those in need through his work with nonprofit organizations to complete affordable housing projects.”

Mr. Kinney is a widely recognized land use attorney with over 40 years of experience. He provides legal counsel for housing developments throughout Arlington County and Northern Virginia, as well as volunteers with and provides pro bono work for several organizations, including Community Residences; Clarendon Alliance, a Clarendon-based partnership of small business and civic organizations; and the Arlington Community Foundation, a scholarship and endowment fund. Mr. Kinney also serves as President of Arlington County Retirement Board, among other efforts that provide invaluable service to Arlington and surrounding communities.
