Philip Schwartz joins as a shareholder with over 30 years’ experience helping businesses of varying sizes and industries with employment and general business matters. Phil has a special interest in the healthcare field, where he has an extensive background in the formation, operation, and purchase/sale of medical and dental practices. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.

Justin Banford joins as a shareholder, focusing his practice on corporate and business law, working with government contractors, IT companies, and small to medium size businesses. Justin also works with individuals and families for estate and succession planning. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
