ARLINGTON, VA, –Bean, Kinney & Korman is pleased to announce that Uri Pasternak, Daniel Perszyk, and Jordan Reed have recently joined the firm. All three attorneys were previously law clerks at BKK and passed the Virginia bar in 2024.

Philip “Uri” Pasternak joins as an associate attorney with a practice focused on land use and zoning and commercial leasing, to include lease negotiations, drafting of deeds and easements, and loan documents. Uri has prior experience as a civil engineer, offering him unique insight into complex real estate matters to help his clients manage their business challenges. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.

Daniel Perszyk joins as an associate attorney, practicing family law and domestic relations. Dan helps individuals and families navigate the varied complexities of divorce, including custody, equitable distribution, and pre- and post-marital agreements. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.

Jordan Reed joins as an associate attorney, focusing his practice on business law, including entity formation, contracts and agreements, and general business counseling. Jordan also helps businesses and individuals with succession planning and general estate planning. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.
