ARLINGTON, VA, –Bean, Kinney & Korman is pleased to announce that Theresa M. Mihalik has joined the firm as a shareholder. Ms. Mihalik had represented clients in all aspects of family and domestic relations law for more than twenty-five years. Her practice encompasses the full range of issues including extensive litigation experience, and experience in high-end asset cases.

In addition to being a trained mediator, a substantial portion of Theresa’s practice includes drafting and negotiating prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.
