ARLINGTON, VA, –Bean, Kinney & Korman is pleased to announce that Vincent Keegan and Eve Grobowski have recently joined the firm.
Vince Keegan joins as a shareholder with a practice focused on real estate and loan transactions. Vince represents regional and local banks and other lenders in commercial loan transactions, foreclosures, and restructuring. Additionally, Vince has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate closings and title insurance matters, having previously been an owner and General Counsel of a large regional title company. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.
Eve Grobowski, of counsel, focuses her practice on commercial loan transactions and restructuring, commercial and residential real estate closings, and commercial leasing. She represents both regional and local banks, home builders, and developers and is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
